As Team Leader, you will be given supervisory responsibilities to the non-leadership team. Your job is to make sure your team is successful, with customer care and service being paramount. In addition to opening and closing duties, your job will be training, coaching, and supporting other team members throughout the entire shift. You will be interacting with guests and ensuring our operations run smoothly. You will report directly to the TC and ATC, but you will be empowered and expected to make decisions that create the best overall experience for our guests and team members.
